What is My Goals?
My Goals automatically calculates your caloric needs and balances the menu around your goals.
Let's say you're a guy who generally does not track their macro's and you want to lose a couple of pounds for a date on Friday. You would probably go with the "Weight Loss" goal.
By default, this goal will populate the standard ratio for Fat/Protein/Carbs.
As you're going through the menu you come across a meal with Steak and Potatoes, which is your kind of meal, so you add 5 to you cart. My Goals will let you know that your cart is pretty high in saturated fat, which is fine! Because, My Goals would then push meals that are higher in protein or in carbs to the top to balance out your meal plan.
As long as you select meals from the first row of suggestions and choose your sides wisely, you'll end up with a meal plan that has a balanced mix of macronutrients than any other service you've ever used.
We will soon add micronutrients to My Goals, such as, vitamins and minerals, so for those of you who track their iron or potassium levels will soon be able to easily do so.
